Summary: Init.d script more verbose
Description:
When you install zaptel for the first time with just ztdummy and tc400b (at
least this was the configuration I was using)
The init.d script will not start, it does not give error message either as
to why it didn't start.

I had done a make/make install/make config

It was caused by not having a 'zaptel.conf' in /etc

After copying the sample from zaptel directory it was happy.

The funny thing is that for a ztdummy-only configuration, none of the three
is needed:

* No need for an explicit "TELEPHONY" - there are no extra files needed to
set up for ztdummy

* No need to check for zaptel.conf and for ztcfg - ztdummy does not need
them.

I'm not exactly sure what a transcoder crad needs beyond loading its
module(s).
