Summary:                    when digium analog hardware is loaded before digium
digital hardware, ztcfg fails due to CAS signalling
Description: 
bug 0007860 does not differentiate E1 from T1, and the patch includes a
test for
"(ZT_CONFIG_D4|ZT_CONFIG_ESF|ZT_CONFIG_B8ZS|ZT_CONFIG_CCS)"

ZT_CONFIG_D4 && ZT_CONFIG_ESF are T1 Framings
ZT_CONFIG_B8ZS is T1 coding

when an analog card is loaded first then a digital card, ztfg fails with
"CAS signalling on span 2 conflicts with Clear Channel on channel 16.",
when the cards are loaded in reverse order (digital then analog, and the
proper config changes are made) ztcfg works fine.

Sorry for the delay on replies for this. I've been busy trying to keep this
pri stable, I'm having a boat load of issues after this one. But first off
the zaptel.conf is:


fxols=1-4
span=2,1,1,esf,b8zs
bchan=5-27
dchan=28

Nothing more nothing less, as I stated in the bug, when analog is loaded
first (via pci order) this happends, else it doesn't
