Summary:                    Asterisk 1.4.12 crashes in channel.c
Description: 
We upgraded to asterisk 1.4.12 and experienced a race condition that caused
a crash within a few hours under load. This appears to be in channel.c.
bt/bt full attached.

Crash occurred again - we rolled back to 1.4.11 last night, which doesn't
appear to have changed anything. bt looks similar. 

Is there anything else we can provide to help get this resolved?
