Summary:                    DUNDi use tos in deprecated format
Description: 
Option "tos" in dundi.conf was undocumented and use tos value in old format
(mincost, lowdelay, etc.). This patch change documentation about tos and
change reading of tos parameter in pbx_dundi. After 1.6 release ast_str2tos
must be changed back.

I don't think we need to support the old format.  Just go ahead and make
the changes necessary in pbx_dundi to support the new format and add a note
to UPGRADE.txt about the change.
