Description: 
I have a problem with the built in call monitor stuff from res_features.c
in asterisk 1.2.24 When I get a call xfered to me and then I try to record
the call the filename represents that the extension that xfered me the call
is who recorded it instead of me

We are no longer supporting the 1.2 series on here, if you can reproduce
this with 1.4 please add complete console output and any other useful
information.
