Summary:                    service providers does not display
Description: 
in the web GUI, when selecting service providers, the 3 defualt service
providers never display and the "Loading Screen...." message never goes
away. there is no option to add a new service provider.

I had the same problem with IE 7.0. I don't have the problem using Firefox.
