Summary:                    No ringing heard on unattanded transfer
Description: 
When performing an unattended transfer, the caller hears silence whilst the
transferee's phone is ringing.  I believe the caller should hear ringing.

This issue is present in 1.4.4

I have the same attended transfer problem too...blind (unattended)
transfers work as expected (other party hears rining).
