Summary:                    Dial option L(limit in ms) is not working
Description: 
I am having a lot of calls like the one below, where the dial funcion shows
L(3600000) or one hour limit, but the call shows more seconds than the hour
limit. I am using direct rtp, but the limit it should work regardless. If 
can close the call with softhangup, then we can control the duration of the
call. Please check my sip.conf

The L() option works when I test it. But I get dozens of calls per day that
stay longer, for ever, than the L() limit.
