Summary:                    [patch] Include action: getcategory for the GUI

This patch is against trunk rev 89422 and would also be useful in 1.4 

(I will submit patch for that too if necessary, but I guess it is a new
feature, but would be extremely useful for now.)

Anyways, here is a sample: (all examples included in mandesc)

This now has 2 functions for helping the gui, and using category
terminology instead of context.
