Summary:                    [patch] Solaris fixes to compile
Description: 
Changed to ast_time because timezone not in solaris time structure.
Added compilation flag to allow use of the macros used in this channel
driver.
Switch one of the values for ip socket that is the same but used on more
platforms.

I had to also removed a define from ilbc couldn't find it used and with
other compile option that was required to get this to work has it already
defined
