Summary: Voicemail users id's aren't recognised
Description:
mailbox = 220 at default

Is the correct syntax in users.conf for the mailbox string. The gui strips
the @ and anything that follows. Without it the string might as well be
empty. Asterisk doesn't recognise the extension alone.

So the gui should be changed to display "@xyz" and should configure
"<ext>@default" as default mailbox configuration. This could be enhanced if
the gui ever is extended to manage placing extensions in another context
than default. For now default will do, though customisations should not be
over written.

Also, what field is this setup in, would a sample context of users.conf be

[200]
hasvoicemail=yes
email=blah at blah.com ; <--this maybe not working either?
mailbox=200 at numberplan-custom-1
