Summary:                    Deadlock in channel.c
Description: 
We had what appears to be a new deadlock in channel.c today. output of core
show locks attached.

sorry.  I only have 1.4.13 test environment.   the deadlock happened in
every 1-2 days.
now I fixed the bug myself, and it has not happened for 3 days.
