Summary:                    ztdummy causing audio failure on Playback or
Background
Description: 
If ztdummy is loaded, SIP to SIP communications work well, but any attempt
to playback audio using Playback or Background, no audio is received.

SIP phone is g729 but if I disable g729, (does not show in core show
translation), I get the same result.

If I remove ztdummy but leave zaptel loaded, I get audio and SIP
channels.

The machine has no other zaptel hardware.  As all are aware, ztdummy is
needed for MeetMe functionality.

I have the g729, ulaw and other core sound files so no translation should
be occuring.

Testing with the following extension line:
exten => 208,1,Playback(1-for-am-2-for-pm)

Zaptel is SVN 1.4 branch 3206

Machine has RTC as seen in additional information.

Just updated to 89126, still occuring.  This only occurs with ztdummy
loaded.  zaptel can be running, and it doesn't impact the server, but once
ztdummy is loaded, the problem appears.

When I dial 208 and ztdummy is not loaded, the Playback executes fine and
the call exits normally.

When ztdummy is loaded, the Playback executes, there is no audio, but the
call does not progress.  So therefore, playback is not completing the task.
 What should take 3 seconds, is open for at least 6 minutes.
