Summary:                    No ringing heard on unattanded transfer
Description: 
When performing an unattended transfer, the caller hears silence whilst the
transferee's phone is ringing.  I believe the caller should hear ringing.

This issue is present in 1.4.4

It's still present in 1.4.13.

Does anybody know when this can be looked into?  It's very confusing to
caller and critically hampers asterisk's transfer functionality.
