Summary:                    No ringing heard on unattanded transfer
Description: 
When performing an unattended transfer, the caller hears silence whilst the
transferee's phone is ringing.  I believe the caller should hear ringing.

This issue is present in 1.4.4

I'm using 1.4.11 and I have this problem too.
If I do an anttended transfer and I hangup before the destination is
reached, the tranfered caller hears silence.
