Summary: ff and rew buttons for control stream file do not
work.
Description:
CONTROL STREAM FILE <path>/msg0000 467 0 * # 0
Correctly sets 4, 6, and 7 for escape, starts at the beginning of the file
and also allows for 0 to pause, however * and # to not ff or rew.
