Okay,

 Caught one of these "lockups" on 1.4.13,

Does this happen right off the bat every time you test? The issue is that
the lock that protects the SIP channel ends up being the same lock that
protects the audiohook. If possible I would like access to the machine so I
can add some debugging to isolate it... quite strange.
