Description: 
I have found some memory leaks and possible deadlocks on chan_unistm.c.
Also fixed a crash and changed free() to ast_free().

chan_unistim is not distributed with Asterisk and so this is not a report
we can do anything about.  Please contact the author of that module
directly.
