Summary: Cannot add channel to group if using AMI Originate
Description:
there is no way of adding the originating (source) channel to a group if
you use the AMI originate command. You can add the destination channel
however.
this patch fixes this problem.
I have included a patch for trunk and for 1.4 svn.

You should already be able to do this by setting the GROUP() to whatever
you want, just like you set any other channel variable with originate. If
this doesn't work, then that's what we need to fix.
Variable: GROUP()=whatever
