Description: 
If I need a '#' in the dialstring for example '99#' asterisk receive's only
'99'.
If I dial '99##' it's the same result and not '99#' as expected!

We're not likely to make that change to DISA.  However, I am willing to
create an option to WaitExten, for it to play a dialtone, like DISA.  This
will let you dial any extension that matches in that context.

Patch is created, please test.  However, this patch is not a candidate for
1.4, as it is a new feature.  Once tested, it will go into trunk.
