As you see, there is problem that 11114 is treat as peerorhost and the
code in chan_sip.c below this debug prints: create_addr(p, peerorhost);

I've tested the patch. Warning about peer host is gone but invite is still
behaving weired

asterisk is sending invite to itself with Original RURI and bad things
