I'm continuing to play with this issue when I have time.  It currently
looks like "pri service disable channel 10" (or any B channel number) will
take down the D channel.  This shouldn't happen and I'm not sure if this is
due to my manual merge of the patch or the patch itself.  I'm continuing to
investigate this...  If anyone would like to try my branches on a real line
and provide valuable feedback it would be greatly appreciated.
