I merged chan_zap_service.diff12.txt and libpri_service.diff9.txt into the
following branches, respectively:

The patches did not apply cleanly and I made a best effort attempt at a
manual merge.  Everything compiles and runs as is, but I am not able to
reproduce the functionality using and TE405 with 4ESS against a Dialogic
card.  I don't have a live line to test with either, so I really need some
testing feedback from someone.

This issue is very old and I am willing to dedicate some time moving it
forward, but I will need help so if anyone is interested in contributing
feedback please do.
