being triggered by something different, though enst was seeing the same
thing as we are. 

In general I can reiterate the same thing as others here, which is this
only appears to happen when the system are under considerable load, and
then only intermittently. We see some external triggers (i.e. - core show
channels, sip reload, etc.) that appear to exacerbate the situation, but
again - it isn't consistently reproducible, and whenever the situation does
occur the console hangs so we can't get any output from core show locks
(the one exception to this is posted in bug 11165). Our gdb output
consistently looks similar though.

We're more than happy to do anything we can over here to help as well.
