Summary:                    Some javascript for language support
Description: 
This patch provides some javascript for language support, and some
functions to store any kind of var easily in a cookie that I wrote. I used
it for storing the languages across pages.

I uploaded a patch with the changes for saving to a configuration file, and
what I have so far.

I still do not see the languages, but I see different pages? (users, sip
settings, voicemail, etc) in the select list, instead of the expected, en,
fr, ru, etc.
