Summary:                    Some javascript for language support
Description: 
This patch provides some javascript for language support, and some
functions to store any kind of var easily in a cookie that I wrote. I used
it for storing the languages across pages.

There are also a couple more problems, and I believe the settings should go
in localexts.html and in the setup wizard, however, I am working on this
now.


Will upload a patch.

This will also give us a chance to be able to be more flexible and set any
session variables we want.



Pari, this would be a GREAT excuse for branch the gui, because this patch
for cookies will NOT go into 1.4. right?
