Summary:                    adding titles to custom extentions.conf editions
instead of it saying ' Custom' in the gui
Description: 
i just added a incoming number rule to extensions.conf editing the file
using gui file editor table

in the gui it shows as 087012321 - Custom  would be good to specify an
info string of what it is or comment eg 0701232 - incoming voip
