OS version: Linux 2.6.17-1.1
Asterisk version: Asterisk Now 1.4.0
Broadsoft version: Broadworks Application Server 14.0


AsteriskNOW does not properly handle a 486 Busy sent from a phone behind
it with DND enabled.  It does not send the 486 (or any response) on to
BroadWorks, so the INVITE times out and is cancelled

this looks like an asterisk/asteriskNOW problem in general than the GUI.
