Summary:                    Some javascript for language support
Description: 
This patch provides some javascript for language support, and some
functions to store any kind of var easily in a cookie that I wrote. I used
it for storing the languages across pages.

The lack of cookie's support in the asterisk web server was noticed long
back
and was discussed a couple of time But we never were in real need for it -

so no one bothered to fix.

I would really appreciate you if you give it a shot, as of now, the
asterisk webserver sets/resets the  mansession_id cookie after every
request ignoring all browsers requests for any other cookie variables.
