Summary:                    The beginnings of CDR support for Asterisk-GUI
Description: 
This patch adds the following for CDR support:

   * Basic configuration for cdr.conf, and csv options only
   * Reads Master.csv file and display it in the gui (no sort yet)
   * Some useful functions
     -> isset (checking if a variable isset)
     -> ast_true (from the asterisk code for reading config files, checks
if a config value is true or false)
     -> ast_false

pari? any thoughts? if not, I will give a go ahead for trunk, and  I think
it would be great for the asterisknow branch as well.
