Summary:                    neww users codecs not setting
Description: 
On the add users page when adding a new user when you click on the codes to
set them the codec options are empty and there for when you submit/activate
changes the phones will ring but no audio due to the lac of the codecs
being set.

You have to hit the >> button to get all the available codecs.

I agree this is a problem, however.

We already know about it, and hopefully can be fixed soon.
