Summary: Asterisk terminal feature, ability to run quick
commands from a shell environment
Description:
This code runs quick and dirty shell commands. This feature would allow
people to do server management commands from the gui.

There are a few caveats:
   * You cant change directories
   * No text editors (no curses).. etc

Attached are patches to the gui and asterisk that add the terminal.html
file and a manager command to get shell output.

Brett,

This is great, and I love it, and it makes systems commands WAY more
efficient, and easy to get a value from a system command back, not making a
call come up in asterisk to do so.

I do want to cleanup that manager.c patch, I believe there are some
warnings on compiling?

Anyone verify this for me?
