Summary:                    [patch] Fix of crash on unloading chan_mobile.so
Description: 
If chan_mobile.so loaded on asterisk startup on system where no bluetooth
devices installed then CLi command 'module unload chan_mobile.so' cause
asterisk crash. This patch fix it.

Don't crash when unloading chan_mobile when it did not completely
initialize itself.
