Summary: Peer configured in configuration files disapear from
`sip show peers`
Description:
After half a day on test system we try to call over one of SIP peers. Dial
failed, console output in cli.txt. All collected debug in debug.txt,
seems that onl user `sipnet` exists, but `sipnet` configured as friend.

After reload all works. Configuration have 3 peers in config files and 2
VoIP phones, configured via realtime.

Configuration stored in sip_trunk.conf, included in sip.conf. Also
configuration of sipnet use template t_sipnet from sip_template.conf

I have done more debug and get a reason of this bug. Peers don't load only
on system startup. All of peers have host that set as domain name. Seems
that asterisk can't resolve domain names and don't load peer.
I have described host in /etc/hosts and all peers load on system start.
Log from asterisk attached.

I think that unresolved domain name mustn't block loading peers
configurations.
