Summary:                    [patch] Voicemail does not get copied to additional
mailboxes when using ODBC storage
Description: 
When using something like Voicemail(100 at default&101 at default&102 at default|s)
with ODBC storage, the additional mailboxes do not get a copy of the
message or the audio file (BLOB).

I don't have a 1.2 box to test this on, so I took the patch and ported it
to 1.4, tested along with patch 10194 and now I get the email with the
audio prompt. It works! :)
