Summary:                    Asterisk reinitialize zaptel channels
Description: 

I have Sangoma A104D card
Wanpipe 2.3.4-11
Wanpipe 3.1.1 
I tried all versions Wanpipe drivers

Zaptel I tried to use 1.4.1, 1.4.3
Asterisk I tried to use 1.4.1, 1.4.5, 1.4.7.1

I view reinitialize E1 links usually every 15 min
But I don't know why.

this trouble may be  related to	 0010212 issue.
