Hello Everyone!
I have extended safe_asterisk with log to file, and syslog capabilityes.
I hope the community will make use of it.

First I have modified the script for my own system, and since asterisk
newer added the pid to it's core files at crash there was not seemd to be a
reason to the part of the code to stay... But there is no huge reason to
temove it.
The other part of the code what I heve removed was a duplicate, and
bechause of that it was never used, another part of the code handled that
situation brfore of that.
