Summary:                    [patch] Voicemail does not get copied to additional
mailboxes when using ODBC storage
Description: 
When using something like Voicemail(100 at default&101 at default&102 at default|s)
with ODBC storage, the additional mailboxes do not get a copy of the
message or the audio file (BLOB).
