Summary: Incorrect "user information layer 1" representation
Description:
(This is a "reopen" of http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=0003891)
When calling asterisk on a zap channel with an UMTS video call, asterisk
reports "user information layer 1" as: "G.7xx 384k Video".
The correct term is, according to ITU Recommendation Q.931 (05/98) page
60:
H.223 and H.245

In http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=0003891 someone mentioned, that user
information layer is not in
Euro_ISDN. I read the Euro_ISDN standard and there is no such definition.
They even explicitly define H.223 and H.245 as user information layer 1
(see ETSIEN300403-1V1.3.2(1999-11) page 29).
I further extended the patch to allow signaling of user information layer
1 also when using Euro-ISDN. (signaling of layer2 and layer3 is still
disabled although I do not understand why).
btw: I have filled out the new disclaimer too.
