Summary:                    phone continues to ring after been picked up
(handle_invite_replaces)
Description: 
when a ringing call is captured with a directed pickup using a INVITE with
replaces (user pushes blinking light on BLF).

the call is captured but the original device continues to ring.

attached is the patch i used to sort out this irritation.

basicialy it does not delay the hangup for a oneleged call this certainaly
fixes the problem but im not sure if this is the correct approach.
