Summary:                    [patch] zaptel does not use update-rc.d on Debian
Description: 
Zaptel fails to use update-rc.d to set the init.d script to start
automatically on Debians.

Added a patch vs. 1.2. Same fix should apply to 1.4 and trunk.

Hmm.... ignore the genmodconf part. It is an independent fix.
