Summary:                    asterisk crashes when phone jack tries to generate
dialtone
Description: 
When picking up the phone that is configurated in dialtone mode,
segmentation fault occurs. There are no traces in log files, debug and
verbose output. Everything seems to work OK when phone is in immediate
mode.
