Summary:                    if asterisk is received get perpetual dtmf
Description: 
if I call my cell phone using asterisk, and if te cell phone sends * a
perpetual dtmf exists till the call is hung up.

Timing is not mentioned in asterisk.conf and I am using a zaptel card, so I
imagine the timing would come from there.  I am attaching the debug output
for rtp from the time the call is answered till the hangup.
