Summary: [patch] acinclude.m4 crosscompilation macro's for
pwlib/openh323
Description:
In crosscompilation builds it is not possible to use the AC_CHECK_FILE
automake macro in acinclude.m4 (configure exits with an error message). It
is better replaced by the AC_CHECK_HEADER macro; this applies to the
macro's used in the sections for PWlib and OpenH323.

I tested this and (while I do not have a ptlib that is compatible) instead
of finding ptlib.h and checking to make sure it is compatible, it simply
doesn't find it. Reverting back to the current one makes it find it and
check.
