Summary:                    if asterisk is received get perpetual dtmf
Description: 
if I call my cell phone using asterisk, and if te cell phone sends * a
perpetual dtmf exists till the call is hung up.

Are you using internal timing? (it would be enabled in asterisk.conf) Can
you attach an rtp debug so I can see the stream from your provider?
