Summary: non-stop "Event: MeetmeMute" sent to manager port
when joining meetme
Description:
If you have started meetme with the 'w' option, AND the leader has not
joind the conference, AND you are unmuted, the meetme app will send an
unrelenting stream of "Event: MeetmeMute" to the manager port.
Using the two extensions listed in the Additional Information below, dial
'foo'. If you are watching the manager port you'll see all the events.
Then if you dial 'foa' the events will stop. You can also execute 'meetme
mute 1234567 1' before the marked user shows up and the events will stop.
If the marked user leaves the conference (and the remaining user is
unmuted) the events will resume.
Also tested in 1.4 r72148. Problem was first noticed in 1.4.0, and was
not in 1.2 when we were using it.

Could you try this patch? It's resetting the confmode on every loop, and I
don't know why - so...removed.
