When the external PBX send to Asterisk Block CIC it fails, 

FSN: 22 FIB 1
BSN: 4 BIB 1
<[0] MSU
        [ 85 ]
        Network Indicator: 2 Priority: 0 User Part: ISUP
        [ e8 03 f4 21 ]
        OPC 2000 DPC 1000 SLS 2
                [ 02 00 ]
                CIC: 2
                [ 13 ]
                Message Type: BLO

[Jul  4 12:54:59] WARNING[10357]: chan_zap.c:8837 ss7_linkset: BLO on
unconfigured CIC 0
Len = 9 [ 84 97 08 85 e8 03 f4 21 02 ]

SAY "BLO on unconfigured CIC 0" when is in CIC : 2 and not 0

Please update libss7 to the latest version, compile it, install it, then
update asterisk to the latest version, compile it, and then install it, and
let me know if the problem still exists.
