Description: 
Using chan_misdn, set(CALLERID(RDNIS)=40) is not set within the ISDN
supplemental services redirecting number field.

it was a bug in mISDNuser, i've fixed that in git
(23d01ffc37db976f2137f9f88074520d1294ac98), you can use the mISDNuser_1_1
branch with the specified ref, or just wait for mISDNuser_1_1_6 which will
include this fix.
