Summary:                    Logging asterisk-gui on
/asterisk/static/config/setup/install.html result in a infinite loop
Description:
I just tried to install asterisk and asterisk-gui on a freshly installed
Gentoo Linux. (both latest SVN rev). make checkconfig reports everything as
OK. I created an admin user in /etc/asterisk/manager.conf:

[admin]
secret=this_is_secret
read = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,config
write = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,config

When I login on the gui (from firefox on windows), either trought
/asterisk/static/config/setup/install.html or
/asterisk/static/config/cfgbasic.html, I am redirected to
/asterisk/static/config/setup/install.html, and the page refreshes on a
loop (about 1 or 2 times per second). I have to click the "stop" button on
firefox to make it stop.

On the asterisk server I get these messages on the logs:
[Jul  2 13:50:53] NOTICE[7351] chan_local.c: No such extension/context
executecommand at asterisk_guitools creating local channel
[Jul  2 13:50:53] NOTICE[7351] channel.c: Unable to request channel

So asterisk-gui is totally unusable.
