Summary:                    [patch] Hebrew (he) support in voicemail
Description: 
Attached a simple patch for Hebrew formatting of the voicemail message.

Note, however, the following problem: the Hebrew prompt for time is
(translated literally) for 9:03 "nine [hours] and three [minutes]", whereas
9:00 is pronounced simply as simple "nine [hours]".
